I wanted to let you know that I gave you a 5-star review on Yelp. I am very happy with the quality of the home insspection you performed for me at Rockefeller Lane so I posted a review for you on Yelp.
And here is the review...... " Iam very happy with the home inspection I received from Michael Sedillo. he was very professional, and provided a very detailed inspection report with lots of pictures. He patiently explained the things he was checking and pointed out little details and suggestions to maintain the home. For example, he noted that the cracks and white residue on our concrete entry way was due to the gardeners overwatering the plants. His very detailed report drew praises from our contractor for the detail and thoroughness of his work. He mentioned  that there are some furnaces that  were recalled and he dilligently checked to make sure thar our funace's model was not part of the recall, going back into the attic to get the model and serial number of the furnace. Though his website says he serves Orange County he inspected our home in Redondo Beach. Highly recommend him!

I sent this note to Joe (my inspection client) and he replied.

Joe,
I owe you $35 bucks.
I only charged you $365 for the inspection and you gave me $400.
If you send me your address, I'll send you a check.
