Quality and integrity first

Don't take a chance on such a large purchase as a home. Mike has 34 years in construction and has been doing building inspections for years, including inspections for insurance companies and for lawyers who sue bad contractors, plus code-compliance inspections.

Every inch of the property is inspected, including structural, electrical, air conditioning and plumbing. When he's done, Mike walks you through the house and shows you what he's discovered, both the good and the bad, and emails you the report with color photos showing the areas of concern. You'll understand every item by the time you're finished.

How Mike works

  • Honest and objective. From first contact through delivery and explanation of the report, Mike aims for the ultimate in professionalism.
  • Never condemns a property. Many people buy fixer-uppers to save money, so he lists the items that need attention. Everything is fixable.
  • No conflict of interest. Mike does not do construction on houses he inspects.
  • Realistic about risk. No house is perfect. Mike can minimize your risk but cannot eliminate it, and he'll tell you what the issues are.
  • An education, not just an inspection. He takes the time you may not have had while looking at the house, to look closely at the water heater, plumbing, foundation, furnace, A/C and attic.
